Pretty vintage Aqua Blue Rhinestone Clock the face is completely surrounded with light blue rhinestones graduating in size.  The clock measures approximately 2-¾" tall and 2-½" wide.  Made by the Phinney-Walker Co for SEMCA clock company of Germany.  It is a wind-up clock with an alarm and is in good condition considering its vintage age.  The clock and alarm both work~but the clock could be cleaned as when it has run down and you re-wind it sometimes it requires a shake or two to get it started.
