Victorian 1800's round brass "Elastic Bands" box, lined with red velvet.
Measures 3-1/2" inches in diameter by 2" tall.  The box is marked on the bottom with a makers monogram followed with "Rd No. 53119." This antique box is in overall wonderful condition for it's age.
